Responsibilities

Summary:

Monday - Friday

8:00 am - 4:30pm 

6+ month assignment 

$12.25 per hour 

Parking included

 

Duties:

  • This position is responsible for insurance of server permit cards, retail employee permit cards, wholesale employee and representative permits, issuance of licenses, requesting background checks.
  • Maintains records on EXCEL spreadsheet of all retail and wholesale permits issued.
  • Maintains spreadsheet of all background checks performed.
  • Prepares license renewal packets for all expiring licenses and provides to supervisor for inspection.
  • Documents all regulatory citations issued on EXCEL spreadsheet, tracks citation payments, prepare monthly citation issuance report and notify administrative staff of delinquencies in citation payments at time of renewal.
  • Prepares all letters regarding minor compliance check operations, mails letters to businesses and maintains records of all letter mailed.
  • Processes renewal applications and prepares renewal licenses upon

 

Qualifications

  • Must have 2+ years recent administrative experience in an office setting
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Detail oriented
