This is a wonderful temp-to-hire opportunity for a Patient Service Coordinator/Triage Representative for Medical Front Desk on the South side of Indianapolis, In.
Our client requires someone who will cheerfully greets patients/visitors and direct them to the appropriate office staff member or department. This individual will make the caller feel at ease by being informative and appreciative of their call. The Patient Service Coordinator receives direct supervision from the Patient Service Coordinator Team Leader.
Shifts: 8AM - 5PM
The candidate will need to be able to answer a high volume of patient phone calls and be able to triage those calls to get them to the correct department or person. They will also need to be able to schedule patient appointments for multiple physicians. Once an appointment is made, it is their responsibility to make sure that the patient packets get mailed out so the patient will have their appointment reminder along with the patient paperwork.
Medical Front Office experience, a solid work history and a great attitude!
