Knowledge Services is seeking a Client Services Coordinator in Nashville, TN.

Responsibilities

  • Will be responsible for making calls to physicians and pharmacists daily discussing different document entries, claims, etc.
  • Will also be responding to vendors via email and/or in person.
  • Will be working with 2 systems: 1 is an internal Care Coordination System and the other is a Health Plan Portal
  • Register Pharmacists interested in Participating in program
  • Guide them through application, registration and authorization of access meeting security and compliance for the online portal and Care coordination tool.
  • Answer questions regarding how to participate in the new risk stratification workflow.
  • Ensure reimbursements for services are delivered in a timely manner.

M-F 8-4:30pm

Parking included

Pay $20.00/hr

Qualifications

  • Must have medical background
  • Someone that has extensive experience as a Pharmacy Tech (4+Yrs)
  • Experience as a Managed Care Professional
  • Must have excellent, professional oral and written skills
