Responsibilities

  • Claim Review — Responsible for reviewing the documentation sent by the claimant to determine if payment is proper.
  • Data Entry — Responsible for various duties as the Manager of Claims assigns. Some of the most common are: Data entry as needed to approve/make payment of claims, Data entry of film numbers, and Data entry of holder reports.
  • Customer Service — Responsible for communicating with the public through various media. Providing courteous, quick, and accurate information as needed. The Service Counselor 1 is responsible for requesting specific and detailed information and/or compliance information from the public. The different types of communication that may be used but not limited to: Walk-in, Phone, E-mail, Written, and Fax.
  • Other Tasks — Responsible for other tasks as the Manager of Claims assigns. Some of these task include special projects, stock related issues, holder related issues, compliance issues, and/or other tasks needed to be completed to insure the division runs smoothly.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Director or Manager of Unclaimed Property.

M-F 8-4:30

Parking is not included

$18.50/hr

 

Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a degree in business or a related field is required.
  • Great Customer Service Skills
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Experience working on Projects
